Online seminar "on the way to the temple” with the contents of the book Breath & Meditation and more, in the form of guided meditations for seeing, listening and meditating. Accompanied by regular Zoom meditation sessions every second Thursday at 16pm CEST. Here is a space for 30 min. guided meditation offered, with a specific topic.
